You are invited into a deeply personal journey through illness, pain, and spiritual wrestling—revealing that hardship does not erase purpose, it refines it. Through the lens of faith, neuroscience, and lived experience, Mindy Haukedahl explores how the mind, body, and spirit are intricately connected in the process of healing.
Now is the time to
rewire from within...

What is Acemannan?
Acemannan is one of the most extensively researched compounds found in aloe vera. This naturally occurring polysaccharide has been shown to support immune health by activating macrophages—the body's frontline immune cells that help identify, communicate with, and remove unhealthy cells and pathogens. Emerging research also suggests acemannan supports healthy inflammatory balance, tissue repair, and cellular resilience. At Lyme Rewired, we incorporate acemannan as part of a comprehensive, science-informed approach to optimizing the immune system and creating the internal environment needed for healing.
How does Acemannan heal?
Acemannan works by supporting the body's own healing mechanisms rather than acting like a medication that targets a specific disease. One of its primary roles is activating macrophages—specialized immune cells that serve as the body's first line of defense. Macrophages help identify pathogens, remove damaged or unhealthy cells, coordinate immune communication, and support tissue repair.
Research suggests that acemannan also promotes healthy cellular communication, meaning cells are better equipped to repair, recover, and maintain normal function.
At Lyme Rewired, we believe healing is most effective when the body is given the right environment to do what it was designed to do.
